Privacy Policy

Seattle AI Works LLC ("we," "us") operates seattleaiworks.com. We build human-supervised AI systems for a living, and we apply the same standard to your data that we promise our clients: collect little, explain clearly, never sell.
What we collect
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. This uses cookies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
- Information you send us. If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive what you send — your name, email address, and message — and use it to reply and to evaluate whether we can help your business.
- Assistant conversations. If you chat with an AI assistant on this site, the conversation is logged so we can answer well and improve the assistant. Email addresses and phone numbers typed into the chat are automatically removed before anything is stored. Contact details are only collected if you explicitly submit them through a form.
- Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not use your information to train AI models available to others.
- We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers that run this site and our business: web hosting and cloud infrastructure, analytics (Google), email (Microsoft 365), and AI model providers that power our assistant (such as Anthropic) — each only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if legally required.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete information about you at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can browse with cookies disabled, use ad/analytics blockers (the site works fine), and email us to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. Washington State and other jurisdictions may grant you additional rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
